Our compounding lab, located at ApotheCARE Pharmacy II location in Elizabethtown KY, is the answer for your tailored medication solutions! With a prescription from a licensed medical practitioner, our highly trained staff can create custom medications by mixing, altering, or combining ingredients to meet the specific needs of an individual patient, often when commercial, mass-produced drugs are not suitable! Compounding medication is an alternative for patients with the following needs:

- Higher or lower strength of medication that is not commercially available
- Patients that have trouble swallowing pills or capsules and need a liquid form
