Weekly DeliveryApotheCARE Pharmacy offers one free weekly delivery for qualified patients who are disabled, sick, or physically unable to visit the pharmacy to get their prescriptions. Each pharmacy has scheduled delivery days each week depending on the patient's location - no deliveries on Sat or Sun.

Additional Deliveries
Any additional deliveries requested during the same business week will be subject to a minimum $5 delivery surcharge. This includes any re-delivery for an unsuccessful delivery attempt and over-the-counter deliveries (without a prescription).

DELIVERY SERVICE NOTICE
To continue this convenient delivery service, all customers must agree and understand the following:
- Only a single weekly delivery is free to eligible patients – any additional deliveries requested during the same business week will be subject to a $5 delivery surcharge.
- Patients are responsible for requesting any refill(s) 24 hours before delivery is expected to avoid delays unless on the medication is on automatic fill
- Patients are encouraged to place a credit card on file for any surcharges, fees, and/or prescription co-payments that will be charged the day of delivery - cash and/or check can be accepted by the delivery driver for payment (delivery driver has limited funds to provide change back)
- Our pharmacy staff will call the patient's contact phone number the night before delivery or the day of to confirm any amount owed and if the patient or another adult will be home to sign (signature is required) for the delivery - a delivery will not be attempted if our employee staff cannot confirm with the patient
- If the patient or another adult is not home to accept delivery and to sign, the driver will return the delivery back to the patient's pharmacy
- Prescription(s) without refills will require a new script from a prescribing physician before the medication can be filled & delivered
- Prescription(s) requiring prior authorization will need to be sent from the prescribing physician to the patient's insurance company and completed before we can fill and deliver
- Patients that have multiple prescriptions and wish to enroll in our delivery service will be recommended to enroll in our RXSync free service to synchronize their medications to a selected delivery day during the month
Any delays in filling your medication will push the delivery to the next scheduled delivery day
