Before setting up the App, make sure you have a valid phone number enrolled in text notifications and an email address on file with your local ApotheCARE Pharmacy. You can refer to your last prescription label to ensure your contact information is correct.

If you receive any errors during the setup, contact your local ApotheCARE Pharmacy to make sure your contact information is up-to-date. If you are a current user, always make sure to check if the version needs to be updated. You can always uninstall and re-install the app.
